Structural Coverage:

For a period of 5 years from the date of purchase, we guarantee that the structural components of your container home will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

This coverage includes the main structural elements, such as the walls, roof, foundation, and support beams.

Systems Coverage:

For a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, we provide coverage for the major systems in your container home, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning).

This coverage ensures that these systems will function properly and will be repaired or replaced if they fail due to defects or workmanship issues.

Additional Coverage:

For a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, we extend coverage for select components and elements of your container home, such as windows, doors, flooring, and exterior finishes.

This coverage offers protection against defects, deterioration, and failures that may occur under normal use and maintenance.

It is very important that you let us talk to the city to start the conversation. Once you get a “no” from the city, it can be very hard to change their mind. If you reach out on your own, you run the risk of not being able to get your unit delivered due to permitting. After determining the feasibility of your project, we will create a quote based on our discussions. We’ll review the quote together, ensuring every detail is accurate before converting it into an invoice. In the quoting phase, it is of utmost importance to pay attention to the finer details as once the build starts it can be hard and costly to implement change orders on the build. Change orders also push out your delivery time because they extend the timeline of the build.
Upon completion of the permitting process and finalization of all build specifications, we will provide you with a detailed invoice outlining the costs associated with your custom container home project. The invoice will cover all agreed-upon aspects of the build, including design, materials, labor, and any additional features or services you’ve requested. To initiate the project and secure your place in our production schedule, a 50% deposit is required. This deposit allows us to allocate resources, order materials, and begin the process of bringing your vision to life.
With your deposit in hand, we will add your build to our production line. Although lead and build times may fluctuate, we’ll keep you informed throughout the sales process. You will schedule a call with your project manager to confirm the build and floor plan. Once the lead time has passed, construction begins.
